WELS Foundation – Legal Services

WELS foundationThe Lankford Law Firm is honored to work with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) Foundation by providing standard estate planning services to its donors.

Thoughtful estate planning  is imperative for families, business owners, and anyone else who wants to provide for their loved ones in a responsible manner. The process requires an experienced Daytona Beach lawyer who can work to understand your goals, priorities and objectives and then, based upon this, we can  help you draft a set of  legal and financial documents that will ensure your estate is handled in a manner that’s consistent with your desires.

Estate planning also requires you to make a number of informed choices so that in the event of death or disability, your instructions are carried out with the fewest possible legal and tax obstacles.

ESTATE PLANNING FOR DONORS

The experienced Daytona Beach lawyers with the Lankford Law Firm work directly with a WELS Christian giving counselor to ensure that your estate planning package reflects your stated objectives. A branch of family law, estate planning allows you to protect your assets, provide for your loved ones, and address future family concerns. The fee for a standard estate planning package is $500 for an individual or $750 for a couple. The standard package consists of the consultation and the drafting of a Will, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney documents.

Good estate planning creates advance directives – financial and healthcare powers-of-attorney – to handle situations that arise unexpectedly. Experienced Daytona Beach lawyer Melody Lankford will answer your estate planning questions, address your concerns, and provide the legal services and personal assurances you need. She also understands the need to revisit, maintain, and update your estate planning documents as events and changes in your life necessitate revision.
