Don Flanary to Speak at the SACDLA/TCDLA Upcoming Nuts & Bolts Seminar.
Flanary Law Firm, PLLC’s, very own founder Donald H. Flanary, III., will be speaking at the upcoming Nuts ‘n’ Bolts Seminar hosted by the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (SACDLA) and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA) on November 22, 2019.
The Nuts ‘n’ Bolts seminar will take place in the Central Jury Room, Bexar County Courthouse, located at 100 Dolorosa, San Antonio, Texas 78205. Don will be speaking at 10:15 and will educate lawyers on the new laws surrounding marijuana cases and how to beat marijuana cases at the trial level. Other experienced criminal defense lawyers will also teach at the Nuts ‘n’ Bolts seminar on helpful topics for attorneys such as mental health/pretrial, the organization of trial preparation, expunctions, and voucher preparation.
Don is now a past-president of SACDLA and serves as a board member for TCDLA. He is also the new chair of the TCDLA Cannabis Committee. He has served as a presenter for SACDLA and TCDLA over several years and enjoys the opportunity to help other criminal defense lawyers learn and grow in their practice.
